Sales & Market Growth 

  • Business Sales - Account Rep (Part-time and Full-time)

With potential to develop into more specialized areas in the near future, The Business Sales-Account Rep position is for the individual who is passionate in account and business development, prospecting business opportunities, managing entire sales process, deal negotiation and customer services in the telecommunications filed. The daily tasks include calling the warm leads, engaging the sales cycle and projects, and calling the accounts and market research for new business. We have a few openings in this position for sophomore or junior students in business major from reputable 4-year universities. This is a great opportunity to gain international experience in B2B sales, customer services and account management in telecommunications. We are only seeking those who want to make a difference and with the necessary enthusiasm make a real impact into their own careers. Foreign language capability is a must. Locations: Amsterdam, Los Angeles and/or Bucharest.

The position offers flexible working hours, depending on the territories assigned. 1-3 months internship / training will be available in our Amsterdam office upon your availability of local work permits. Must have a valid passport. Prefer some sales experiences in telecommunications or IT fields, very well spoken and English is articulate.

  • Business Analyst (Full-time)

Seeking a bright master graduate with international exposure and minimum 3-4yrs work experience in a similar analytical role, purchasing, logistics, financial analysis,supply chain management, sales, or business development To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. As a business analyst you will act as liaison among sales, purchasing, sourcing department and ensure the project cycle is completed according to the process, meeting quality and time-line standards; facilitating effective team interaction 

Responsibilities:

  • Investigate, analyze requests from clients and coordinate with sourcing team.
  • Explore technology and sourcing mechanisms to maximize the results.

Job responsibilities:

Main activities will be: 

- Maintaining and processing of the financial documents.

- Entering and managing data entries in Quick Books
- Financial documents crosschecking and entries for foreign currencies
- Analyzing basic financial information in response on queries from Management, customers and vendors.

Logistics

  • Logistics (Part-time and Full-time)
  1. Experienced in International Shipments and Customs
  2. Liaising and negotiating with suppliers
  3. Developing business by analyzing logistics problems and providing new solutions
  4. Monitoring the quality, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods
  5. Coordinating and controlling the order cycle and associated information systems
  6. Analyzing data to monitor performance and plan improvements
  7. Developing solid relationships with carriers to execute service and savings agreements

IT/Help Desk

Responsible for maintaining a multi-user computer system, including a local-area network (LAN), Mail Servers and Application server

  • Administration of Lotus Domino & Network File Servers
  • Adding and configuring new workstations
  • Setting up user accounts
  • Installing system-wide software
  • Performing procedures to prevent the spread of viruses
  • Allocating mass storage space
  • Development, maintenance & support of Lotus applications
  • Network administration & desktop support including:
    • Anti-virus protection
    • Firewall
    • Daily backup and Security Duties
